For 23 years, Mr. Honaker has been involved in the Silver sales, leasing, construction, engineering and property management for commercial projects throughout the Metro Washington, D.C. area. He has developed, leased and sold commercial projects comprising more than 6 million square feet and involving an impressive range of the nation's top retail brands as well as regional boutique operations. He currently oversees more than 6 million sq. ft. in various stages of horizontal and vertical development, including major corporate centers in Quantico and North America's Largest Retail: Celebrate Virginia. Mr. Honaker is a lifelong resident of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and is actively involved with numerous organizations. He has served on the City Industrial Development Authority, the Boards of the Boys & Girls Club and the Fredericksburg Area Museum and is a past Chairman of the Rappahannock United Way.
